The answer to this question is that you pay nothing to my firm until such time as we are able to obtain a successful recovery on your behalf. The initial consultation is always free and when you retain our firm to represent you in your case, you pay no money up front. All attorneys’ fees are paid on a contingency fee basis which means that you only pay an attorney fee when we win your case. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the net amount recovered. If we do not win, you pay nothing.
